Teatime Japan doesn’t obtain cars to sell through auctions, as other used-car exporters do. We get them directly from former owners around Japan, inspect them, repair them as necessary, and then export them directly.

Virtually all of the car-exporting operations get their cars to export from used car auctions, but at Teatime Japan, we get our cars without going through an auction.

Because of this, we can obtain our cars at a low cost, and can export them at a cost that is a good value for our customers.

Of course, if the car that you are looking for is not in our stock, we are also able to obtain it through the more than 100 auctions that are held weekly around Japan.

1. We Can Offer You Used Japanese Cars of High Quality
   By obtaining our cars directly from the previous owners, we can correctly assess not only the history of the cars but also the current condition.
   When cars are purchased through an auction, you don’t know the history or the condition.
   If something happens to be wrong with the car, we will repair it first. In that case, we will be certain to tell you about the repairs that we did.
2. Low Cost
   Cars that are purchased directly from the previous owner don’t go to auction. There are no extra costs involved, so we can offer them to you at lower than market price.
   Our locations are also all within 30 to 80 kilometers of a port, so our fees for importing and exporting cars are low.
3. Most Cars Have English User’s Manuals
   All of the manufacturer’s user’s manuals are in Japanese. If it is necessary, we can obtain an English-language manual for you for a small fee.
4. Quick Response Time
   We will respond to your requests quickly. At the latest we will respond within 24 hours via e-mail or a telephone call.
5. We Can Offer Car Parts
   Unlike other companies, we don’t just sell you a car and leave you. If you have a car that Teatime Japan exported to you and you need parts for it, we will look for them for you for a nominal fee.
   • We cannot look for parts for a car that was not exported through our company.
   • The time limit on our being able to look for parts for you depends on the year and make of the car.
